    • HPerformance has the new 8V Audi RS3 2.5 TFSI over 600 horsepower with a Tomcat turbo upgrade

This seems to be the highest horsepower hit on the new aluminum block dual-injection 2.5 TFSI motor. Considering how rapidly tuning is moving on the platform expect someone else to top this output any now.

HPerformance in Germany is getting just over 600 horsepower at the crank or just under 500 horsepower at the wheels out of the 8V RS3:

How are they do that? With the following upgrades which include a Tomcat TC640 turbocharger:

      ✔️ Tomcat TC640 turbocharger
✔️ 90 mm down pipe precat delete
      ✔️ 90mm aluminium intake
      ✔️ modified sparkplugs
      ✔️ hperformance clubsport intercooler
✔️ engine and gearbox mapping MTR

For now the transmission seems to be holding up thanks to MTR's TCU programming.

Expect this to be topped any day now but it just goes to show what a great tuning platform the 2.5 TFSI is.

Well then this seems pointless unless that 500 whp on the stock turbo needs race gas. This is on pump.

yeah iroz already hit like 455 awhp on a land & sea dyno which reads pretty low like a mustang dyno so would of been a lot closer to 500 on a dynojet....

and that was only on 93 oct ... they are working on e85 tune now so should easily be past 500 awhp on dynojet then

looks like iroz is up to 524 whp on same stock turbo car now, with only change being e85 tune.... they said no fueling mod's needed either, just go to station and fill up with e85 Click here to enlarge

Whatever dyno they are using I hate it.

        That's huge though.

        Isn't dual-injection nice?

they use land and sea dyno aka DYNO-mite... supposedly runs similar numbers to mustang dyno's so on the conservative side compared to a dynojet

and yeah this platform is all sorts of winning for being able to mod it Click here to enlarge
