. That same motor will be tweaked and find its way under the hood of the Ferrari 458
. The turbo engines will not stop there as apparently a new 2.9 liter turbo V6 is in the pipeline.
This information comes from Automobile who has absolutely no backing for their story. No quoted source, no official specifications, nothing. They seem to be guessing as they often do. Let's assume they are right for the moment and a new 'entry level' Ferrari is on the way.

This new car is supposed to be based on a compacted 458 architecture. The 2.9 liter twin turbocharged V6 would have output somewhere over 500 horsepower. This is all just a bunch of guessing though and Automobile admits as much: "
