I mean to do it correctly Tony would have to take all of the final fabb'ed production parts from the vendors, install them on the test car, tune it, then drive the car for at least a week before you could claim the kit is ready to be sold without having any potential issues. Once that is done the parts go back to the fabricators to 'mass produce' the production pieces. I say they go back because expecting every piece to fit the 1st time is unrealistic. Add to all of that the time to ship to Russia(unless you expedite it $$$) it would mean the kit would have to be complete in his hands basically right now.
Also, to do it right means taking time to create installation instructions with all the correct torque specs, pipe routing, etc. It sounds quick but a 'good' set of instructions will take some time. Unless you just get the parts and have to figure out how to assemble it yourself. I know it should be straight forward but installation instructions are part of a finished production ready kit. "
