    Brought this home yesterday

Picked up another mint '05 1000,bonestock with 3800mi on it. Very rare to find an unmolested 05/06 with such low mileage and the yellow/black wasnt exactly a popular color so one could says its kind of rare.

I havent decided on any plans with it at the moment so I will just enjoy looking at it in the garage next to the others Click here to enlarge

That's insane man, I need to bike so bad.

Seriously this isn't even fair. I want one now.

Let me tell you your plans, you're going to take that bike and 0-150 in like 5 seconds and enjoy the bike. That's what you're going to do.

Oh and get awesome helmet. Don't know why some people don't wear helmets. Look so much cooler that way.

Incorrect, there are substantially more GSXR's on the racetracks then Yamahas. If they didnt handle&turn they would not be beating every other brand out there on a regular basis.
Nice try though,I'll give ya that Click here to enlarge

gsxrs are the mustangs of the bike world, and the R's are the Ms. sure you can do the same thing, and make more power, but the refinement and curb appeal offer something you cant attain from the aftermarket Click here to enlarge

R1s took a turn for the worse with the flat-plane crank&the underseat exhaust. I like the much simpler layout of the 1st&2nd Gen models. They handle OK,they just dont set the track on fire like the GSXR's,Ducati's&Aprilia's do,there is a reason Suzuki's outnumber any other brand in roadracing, its a simple bike to work on&they do everything well.
