The second note is bigger then the first one right? It was the largest phone out there, basically an ipad mini but a hundred times better haha. I picked up the mot razr m not to long ago, good phone gets the job done. Isn't insanely large or small either.

Be warned the phone is big, and it does come in the storage choice you seek, 16, 32 and 64gb. One of the coolest features it has over the others is that it supports multi-tasking in a different way than the current phones. It can do split screen multitasking where you can run 2 or 3 apps side by side. Not all carriers actually offer that since they get to tinker with the software. Not all apps support this feature, but with more time and more users going for this device they will. If you have the balls you can also flash a custom rom on this phone and that gives you a whole lot more apps to run in that mode than the stock device does. Here is a demonstration:
Since I do a ton of web related work a powerful phone that is slightly bulky is no big deal. I'll take something with powerful hardware.

    Reading the review now.

You have to take in the price as well. What other unlocked phone on the market can you buy for 350 dollars that offers all the features the Nexus 4 does. Absolutely none, make no mistake about it, it is a high end phone for a mid phone price. But like I already said, this phone is not for everybody and it does target the more "techy end user" vs. the more casual mainstream one. And there are ways around the small storage space, offered by the phone. Cloud services being one and streaming as the other.
    That's a good point.

Quite possibly this isn't the phone for you. I have far more music on my pc and copying all that to my phone is obviously not practical. There currently isn't a phone on the market that can hold my music library, so I have to resort to other things. I haven't jumped onto the cloud storage train just yet, so I take a different route. Stream it off my computer to my phone, works perfectly fine, I have no issues with it. I realize that this approach may not be practical to other people since it does put a dent in your data plan, but if you're one of the lucky ones, and have an old data plan, back when the phone companies were releasing unlimited everything (which is what I have) then it doesn't really matter.

There are other phones which are very powerful as well. Currently the best selling phone in the world is the already mentioned Samsung Galaxy SIII.

There is also another one that recently was released. The term coined for it is a "phablet" since it's both, tablet and phone. It's the Samsung Note II, a very powerful phone, for most users, complete overkill, but people seem to love it and can't get enough of it:

It has 64 gigs plus a micro sd slot for another 64 gigs... wow.

Can I tether this thing and download music straight to the library?

They are about the same size, the Note II is slightly narrower than it's predecessor and only slightly taller. You can't almost tell the difference in size.

I do believe that every single Samsung phone being released on the market supports the tethering function. I do think that it's down to the carriers to choose whether you have it unlocked or not on your phone. Of course there is always a way around it by rooting the phone and unlocking the features yourself, screw the carriers is what I say.

This phone comes with the long awaited Exynos processor which is made by Samsung and it's supposed to be very powerful. Everybody in the USA was hoping that the previous Nexus phone would have it but it didn't. It also has pretty cool features that support the stylus it comes with. For instance while you're on a call and you pull out the stylus it automatically loads a note on your screen so you can write down whatever information you need on the fly. No longer a need to look for pen and paper.

I'm not a 90 year old woman so I should be fine.

Of course, probably later this month.

This sounds weird but I'm sort of enjoying not having a cell phone.

No worries I was joking. I'm actually pretty good with electronics and interfaces when it comes to adapting quickly.
