    • Another 1000+ horsepower 4.0 TFSI V8 turbo upgrade option? Turbo Systems Stage 2 C7 RS6/RS7 + D4 S8 turbo upgrade and throttle bodies

This 4.0 TFSI V8 turbo upgrade from Turbo Systems seems to be the real deal. You saw this turbo option power a C7 RS7 into the 9's recently and Turbosystems posted a dyno of the car.

This is 1025 horsepower at the crank:

In order to hit that it took the Stage 2 turbo setup with Milletech manifolds but also ported 4.0 TFSI V8 throttle bodies:

Apparently the factory design becomes a restriction at 850+ horsepower and these are good for another 30+ horsepower.

The Klassen single turbo conversion still seems to be power champ for the 4.0 TFSI V8 platform but it seems more and more tuners are finally figuring out how to extract big power with upgraded twins.

AWD is absolutely a killer when it comes to putting down these crazy power numbers, I can't wait to see what a highly modded new F90 m5 can do now that it has AWD.
