    • Mid 10-second daily - Unitronic Stage 2 ECU + TCU tuned Audi 8V RS3 2.5 TFSI sedan on ethanol runs 10.55@131.72

Finding performance resembling what you can do daily is becoming increasingly difficult as owners strip out weight or go to exotic fuels trying to eek out various platform records. Yes, this RS3 is on E85 but if you have a local ethanol pump there is no reason this performance could not be repeated on the street.

This RS3 is full weight on street tires to boot:

The 60 foot can improve on stickier rubber but that is a very quick car as it sits.

In addition to the software and ethanol the RS3 has a 034 Motorsport intake.

      Very simple mod list.

        +1

Look what people are getting out of the S55? 1000+whp.....Now combine that with the M-Xdrive from the F90 M5. That package is going to be potent.

The same people that are saying that are the same people who complained the m3 should have never gained weight and come with a v8, then they loved it. Then the same people complained again about going from naturally aspirated to turbo charged, then they loved it.
This is a rinse and repeat topic.

Another point would be that the m3 is moving away from full time track capability to a blended purpose vehicle thanks to the availability of the m2 comp.

so my answer is it doesn’t need to be as fun as the dct if you want fun get an m2 comp

That's true. I just hate seeing the M3 become a bloated all wheel drive automatic dragster.

        I want more GT3 and less E63.
