Race 3 Motorsport is based out of Canada and AudiBoost is not too familiar with them but ran across their work. They do some very cool fabrication and their Audi 2.5 TFSI kit (will fit all MKIII TT-RS models) offers several Garrett turbocharger options.

You can choose from a Garrett GTX30, GTX3582, G42, or G30-770. There are several wastegate options including dual Tial units.

Starting at $4400 this is an option to consider and the manifold can be purchased separately.

Fits Audi TTRS 2014+ or newer RS3 2017+ DAZA engines..

      Features

      • 321SS 2mm wall tubular turbo manifold, with cast collector, wastegate priority design for no possibility of boost creep. Accepts Tial or Turbosmart 44mm size.
      • Intercooler with custom end tanks specific for Audi platform of car. 23.5"x12"x4" core, offset fin design.
      • 3" 304ss downpipe with interlocking braided flex bellow, connects to OE mid section exhaust
      • Downpipe includes recirculating dump tube feature.
      • 3.5" option downpipe available.
      • Specific turbo support included to ensure manifold longevity.
      • Kit includes all required oil and water lines specific to Garrett GTX30 and GTX35 turbos.
      • Kit inlcudes engine specific water and oil fittings required to plumb turbo system, TTRS and DAZA are different.
      • System includes specific aluminum intake with filter and silicone couplers. If car has previously installed carbon intake, a carbon tube will be instead supplied to adapt to remaining carbon air box. (IE specific)
      • If kit is purchased with turbo, turbo will be pre-clocked and altered ready for install. Otherwise customer will need to ship Garrett turbo to Race3 for modification and clocking.
      • Hot side large IC pipe included, comes with silicone and clamps
      • Select in the options what wastegate and turbo detail to include.

From the compressor forward it looks like Quasimodo.

I prefer 310 to 321 in high heat environments. 321 is rated for about 900C (1650F), 310 is rated for about 1100C (2000F). We have all our new housings cast from 310.

I'm not to familiar with 310, I just know that 321 can use thinner wall tubing making a lighter manifold in all.
You just need to brace the turbo because of that. Good to know though, thank you!

        That manifold certainly looks sexy.
The cast collector and the pre bent tubing is art.
