    • 2.5 TFSI swapped VW MKVII Golf R with TTE700 turbo upgrade runs 9.67@148.6 in the 1/4 mile

Maybe it is a good thing that Audi does not let Volkswagen use the 2.5 TFSI powerplant in the Golf R. Why? Because we would all be getting our asses kicked by VW Golfs. Just look at the monster numbers this 2.5 TFSI swapped MKVII Golf R put up at Santa Pod in the UK.

      9.670 @ 148.60:

That is quicker and faster than any 8V RS3 Sedan or 8S TT-RS. Achieved in a Volkswagen Golf no less.

The engine features a TTE700 turbo upgrade and tuning is by MRC Tuning.

      Respect.
